Brass Fantasia features a selection of popular music from Studio Ghibli works performed by a brass quintet. These two albums, which first released in 1994, are now joining the Studio Ghibli Vinyl Record series!!
Ueno No Mori Brass performs carefully selected pieces from five movies - "Nausica of the Valley of the Wind," "Castle in the Sky," "My Neighbor Totoro," "Kiki's Delivery Service," and "Porco Rosso" - as a brass quintet. This deluxe item has been remastered as well as given brand new cover art. Enjoy this complete reissue on wonderful vinyl.

Ueno No Mori Brass:
Formed in 1973 by classmates at Tokyo University of the Arts. After graduating, they formed an concert tour group aimed at schools. The group started out with over 10 members, but on their 15th anniversary they shifted to a brass quintet. At the time, their choice to perform memorized music standing up took the classical music world by storm. Since then, they've continued to shake up the established concert format, holding an "101 Pieces All Request Concert" and more. During their career, they have released 4 CDs, toured outside Japan, and continued to perform as the oldest existing ensemble in the world.
